Ingram Content Group (ICG) is hiring for a Customer Relations Representative to join our Tennessee Book Company team in LaVergne, TN(Greater Nashville Area). We're looking for an individual to serve as the primary contact point for customers.Provideefficient processing of all customer orders, including problems with shipments and return authorizations.Responddirectly to customer inquiries which includes general product questions, stock availability, shortages, overages, damaged product, billing errors and shipping errors. Providesupport for worktext fulfillment in subsequent years of adoption

Required Qualifications :

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 6 months prior work experience order entry or filing (numeric and alphabetical)
• 1 year in at least one previous job
• 1 year work experience in an office environment and customer service

Key Responsibilities :

Hiring Salary Range : $17.99HR -$21.77HR. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. It will be determined by factors including but not limited to : the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, geographic location, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
