What Youll Do

Deliver results-focused personal training sessions that keep clients engaged and coming back

Sell and promote training packages using our proven CrunchOne Kickoff process

Design customized workout + nutrition programs to help clients achieve goals

Meet or exceed monthly sales, revenue, and client retention targets

Collaborate with other departments to support member success and club growth

Build strong relationships and create a fun, motivating environment

Participate in club events, fitness challenges, and service promotions

What You Bring

Nationally accredited CPT certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, NSCA, NCSF, etc.) or degree in Kinesiology

High school diploma or GED (Bachelors preferred)

Current CPR / AED certification

Sales experience strongly preferred

Self-motivated, energetic, and passionate about fitness
