About the Role
We are a New York City-based company expanding into the Philadelphia area, and we're excited to have you be part of our Associate Program, great for recent graduates or final-year students who are eager to gain real-world experience in sales, business, customer support, and client communications.
As part of this program, you'll visit clients in person, build professional relationships, and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic sales environment. This is a great way to develop your communication skills, expand your business knowledge, and kickstart your career.
Note : This is a 100% on-site position. Candidates must be based in the Philadelphia area. (Relocation is not covered.)
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation : Identify new opportunities and contribute to outreach efforts
Client Communication : Support the team by maintaining positive relationships with prospects and customers
Sales Support : Assist in qualifying leads and maintaining follow-up
Collaboration : Work alongside experienced team members and contribute to team success
Who You Are
A recent graduate or final-year student (any field of study)
Friendly, organized, and eager to learn
Comfortable speaking with clients and taking initiative
Available to work on-site in Philadelphia
Able to commit to the fixed schedule : 9 AM - 3 PM, Monday to Friday
