About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Manufacturing Program Manager to lead complex engineering and production programs from start to finish. This is a hands-on role in a manufacturing plant environment , responsible for driving installation, relocation, and optimization of production lines while managing large-scale projects, resources, and budgets.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end programs and projects in manufacturing environments

Manage equipment installation, production line relocation, and process development

Collaborate with engineering, operations, and functional teams to ensure timely project execution

Oversee budgets, resources, and schedules for large-scale manufacturing projects

Conduct post-project evaluations to capture best practices and continuous improvement opportunities

Support compliance, safety, and quality initiatives throughout project lifecycle

Provide regular updates to leadership on program status, risks, and milestones
