Job Description : Responsibilities :

• Seeking a highly experienced Digital Onshore Test Manager to lead and manage the QA delivery of five agile QA pods supporting digital platforms.
• This role will oversee end-to-end testing, regression testing, and automation efforts across Web, API, and Mobile (Android & iOS) platforms.
• The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, hands-on technical knowledge, and experience managing hybrid teams (onshore / offshore).
• ISTQB or equivalent QA certification.
• Experience in retail, e-commerce, or digital transformation projects.
• Familiarity with CI / CD tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
