Now, they’re seeking a Director of Client Experience , a relationship-driven leader who will play a pivotal role in shaping the agency’s future, vision, and approach to client partnership as they enter their next phase of growth.
The Opportunity
The Director of Client Experience will serve as the senior leader overseeing client relationships, delivery excellence, and the evolution of how clients engage with the agency.
This role is both strategic and hands-on — you’ll guide key accounts, lead internal collaboration, and define the processes and standards that make every client experience exceptional. In partnership with the agency’s founders, you’ll help shape the agency’s broader vision, influencing culture, growth strategy, and the way the agency delivers its creative and technological edge.
