At Stevens Industries , we're looking for a strategic Account Manager to serve as the commercial and relationship lead for our largest healthcare clients. This is your chance to combine business acumen, industry expertise, and relationship-building skills to make a lasting impact.

What You'll Do

• Act as the point of contact for architects, general contractors, and owners.
• Drive preconstruction efforts-scope, pricing, and contract negotiations.
• Oversee with Project Managers to ensure alignment on scope, schedule, and budget.
• Manage financial performance, including margin tracking and change order management.
• Build long-term relationships with key healthcare accounts and position Stevens as a preferred partner.
• Mentor and guide team members while contributing to best practices.
