Position Summary

The Project Manager is responsible for providing complete management oversight for all aspects of construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This includes planning, scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor coordination, safety compliance, quality control, and client relations. The PM ensures projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and in alignment with Genesis Construction's quality standards, while mentoring team members and fostering a culture of collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution

• Develop cost-effective project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and field teams across multiple projects.
• Review and ensure compliance with architectural / engineering drawings, project specifications, codes, and safety standards.
• Obtain necessary permits and licenses.
• Plan, implement, track, and close out / turnover construction projects, including final walkthroughs and meetings.
