Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the RGM team to drive strategy development aligned with brand priorities
Integrate RGM thinking into category plans and support commercial execution with tools and KPIs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy analytics solutions and enhance retailer engagement
Required Qualifications
8-10 years of experience in analytics, commercial strategy, RGM, or commercial finance, preferably in CPG
Proven expertise in RGM strategy development, including pricing and trade investment
Strong leadership and collaboration skills with experience in complex commercial planning
Deep understanding of data analytics and financial modeling
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools like Power BI and Tableau
