Luhr Crosby, LLC is hiring a Laborer / Haul Truck Driver!
A General Laborer is responsible for performing various manual tasks to support construction, manufacturing, or maintenance activities, ensuring a clean and safe work environment.
Essential Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities
Clean and prepare construction areas by removing debris and obstacles
Wash and perform general maintenance on construction equipment
Load and unload materials and equipment, ensuring they are properly stored
Mow grass and weed eat
Minor painting
Provide other assistance as needed
Operate equipment adhering to safety protocols
Adhere to all safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Work well with others
Able to drive off road haul trucks including backing them up using mirrors
Willing to learn new skills
Education and Experience
High School Diploma / GED preferred
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift up to 100 lbs.
Must be willing to work in all weather conditions
Must be able to stand for long periods of time
Must be able to shovel various materials
Includes some travel to other yards and job sites
