As a Daycare Specialist, youll be right at the heart of it all, keeping tails wagging, building bonds with pups and their people, and helping our team create a safe, joyful space where dogs can thrive.

What You'll Be Doing

Leading small play groups (1015 dogs) in safe, fun, and enriching activities.
Caring for pups with patience, compassion, and a watchful eye.
Keeping the play areas clean and safe because a tidy space keeps everyone happy.
Sharing genuine updates with pet parents about their dogs day.
Supporting your teammates and stepping in wherever youre needed.

Youre reliable, the dogs and teammates know they can count on you.

Youre observant and communicative, you notice the little things that keep pups safe and happy, and you speak up so the team and pet parents stay in the loop.

Youre physically up for it, lifting up to 50 lbs, staying active, and working in all kinds of weather.

Youre patient and kind, especially with pups who have their quirks.

Youre a team player, lifting each other up is part of the job.

$1617 / hr based on experience, plus tips
