Litigation Attorney – Insurance Defense & Tort Litigation
Location : New Orleans, LA
Type : Full-Time, Onsite
Salary Range : $110,000 – $150,000 base
About the Opportunity
Our client, a prominent law firm with offices across the U.S., is hiring a Litigation Attorney for a non-shareholder track role in Louisiana. This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy litigation group focused on tort and insurance defense matters.
This role is ideal for an attorney with strong academic credentials, a solid defense litigation background, and the ability to independently manage cases from start to finish. Trial experience in both state and federal courts is a strong plus.
What You’ll Do
- Independently manage a caseload of litigation matters
- Handle depositions, motion practice, and discovery
- Work closely with expert witnesses and clients
- Draft pleadings and argue motions in court
- Support litigation strategy and case development
