Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Locations Available: Including Baton Rouge, LA
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Day Shift (No Weekends)
Compensation: Up to $95,000/year (Dependent on Experience)

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver direct ABA support in both center-based and in-home settings

  • Supervise, coach, and empower Behavior Technicians to ensure program fidelity

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP) for new clients and re-evaluations

  • Develop individualized treatment plans, goals, data systems, and crisis interventions

  • Work collaboratively with your clinical team to evaluate progress and adjust strategies

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation to support client outcomes

What We’re Looking For

  • Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field

  • Active BCBA certification or eligibility

  • Licensed or license-eligible in the state of Louisiana

  • Minimum of 1 year hands-on ABA experience

  • Strong communication, leadership, and teamwork skills
