Billing Clerk

Schedule : 7 : 30am - 4 : 00pm, Monday - Friday with 1-2 hours of overtime possible each day. Every other Saturday.

Pay : $22 / hr.

Key Responsibilities :

• Prepare and process invoices, credit memos, and billing adjustments.
• Verify billing data accuracy and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Maintain and update customer accounts, ensuring payments are properly recorded.
• Follow up on overdue payments and send reminders as needed.
• Assist with administrative and accounting tasks, including month-end closing.
