Position Overview
This Sales Executive role focuses on closing projects related to Energy Efficiency, Infrastructure Renewal, and Building Improvements. This consultative sales position is aimed at identifying and developing integrated, construction-based solutions that address customers' Efficiency, Resiliency, and Sustainability needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve annual sales goals for energy efficiency and sustainability solutions through project implementation contracts.
- Manage a designated sales territory by developing new business and maintaining a pipeline of opportunities.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings with customers to assess their needs and tailor project solutions accordingly.
- Collaborate across teams to ensure project deliverables align with sales strategies and client expectations.
- Build and maintain a professional presence in the territory by engaging in events such as trade shows, conferences, and networking opportunities.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts to leadership and maintain updated reporting.
Minimum Qualifications
For Sales Executive Level
Bachelor's degree and at least 4 years of consultative sales experience in relevant industries.Proven success in developing and managing a defined sales territory.Strong conceptual selling skills and demonstrated business acumen.History of negotiating and closing sales transactions successfully.Ability to cultivate and leverage professional networks.Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.Proficiency in using a CRM platform and MS Office Suite.For Senior Sales Executive Level
Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 8 years of consultative sales experience in related fields.Extensive experience selling to executive level contacts in various sectors.Proven success in managing complex sales processes.Exceptional negotiation skills and track record of exceeding sales targets.Superior networking and relationship-building capabilities, including among C-suite executives.Experience with CRM platforms and MS Office Suite.Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with building and mechanical infrastructure.Sales experience in areas such as Energy Savings Performance Contracting, Energy as a Service, and sustainability initiatives.Proven ability to manage long sales cycles.Completion of a formal sales training program.Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365.
