Duration : 13-week contract

Guaranteed Hours : 36 hours per week

Shift : Day Shift Flex, 12-hour rotating shifts

On-Call : Scheduled rotation for Post-Anesthesia Unit

Estimated Weekly Salary : $2030 - $2180

PACU Registered Nurse Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license – Oregon nursing license preferred

Minimum 1 year of PACU or perioperative nursing experience

BLS certification required

Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

PACU RN Responsibilities

Provide nursing care in pre-anesthesia, post-anesthesia Phase I and II recovery

Monitor patients in the operating room receiving local anesthesia and administer sedation for select procedures

Deliver quality care for pre- and post-procedure patients using the nursing process and established clinical standards

Serve as a patient advocate throughout the surgical experience

Direct and supervise assigned clinical support personnel
