Staff Accountant

Position Overview : We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our finance team. The Staff Accountant will be responsible for assisting with various accounting tasks and supporting the company's financial operations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including invoice processing, vendor payments, and customer invoicing.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records by entering data into the accounting system and reconciling transactions.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures, including preparing journal entries and reconciling balance sheet accounts.
• Support the preparation of financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes, including gathering data and preparing reports for management review.
• Perform various ad hoc financial analysis and reporting tasks as needed.
• Collaborate with other members of the finance team to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
