Director of Corporate Marketing

Hillpointe is seeking a dynamic, strategic, and creative Director of Corporate Marketing to lead and elevate our brand presence across all corporate channels. This role is pivotal in shaping the voice and image of Hillpointe, with a strong emphasis on executive communications, brand storytelling, and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate will be a master communicator, brand steward, and digital strategist who thrives in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.

Essential Responsibilities :

Brand Leadership :

  • Champion the Hillpointe brand across all corporate touchpoints, ensuring consistency, clarity, and resonance.
  • Serve as the go-to resource for Kelly and Steven's brand-related initiatives and communications.

Executive Communications :

  • Ghostwrite speeches, blog posts, and internal / external messaging for the executive team.
  • Craft compelling narratives that reflect leadership vision and company values.
  • Content Strategy & Creation :

  • Lead development of internal magazine, blog content, PR releases, and intranet updates.
  • Oversee video content production, including initiatives like Weidner Cares.
  • Manage and grow Hillpointe's corporate social media presence with engaging, brand-aligned content.
  • Cross-Functional Support :

  • Collaborate with HR, PR, and Recruiting teams to support employer branding, talent acquisition campaigns, and internal communications.
  • Partner with departments to amplify key initiatives and milestones.
  • Strategic Planning & Analytics :

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies that align with corporate goals.
  • Monitor performance metrics and adjust tactics to optimize engagement and impact.
  • Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field (Master's preferred)
  • Minimum 7-10 years of experience in corporate marketing, brand strategy, or executive communications
  • Proven track record of managing cross-functional marketing initiatives and leading brand development
  • Experience working directly with executive leadership and ghostwriting for C-suite preferred
