Key Responsibilities
Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and ensure their success with the platform
Provide solutions-based training, consultation, and support as a platform expert
Collaborate with various teams to enhance the customer experience and identify upsell opportunities
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in a Customer Support / Customer Success position
A BA or BS degree is preferred
HR Tech experience is a plus, but not necessary
Strong work ethic and integrity
Adaptability to new initiatives
