About this role :

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Inspection Programming Manager to lead a specialized team of inspection programmers for one of our client in Aviation Industry. As the Inspection Programming Manager , you will report directly to the Manufacturing Quality Engineering Manager and play a key leadership role within the Manufacturing Quality team.

What you will do :

  • Lead and manage a team of inspection equipment programmers supporting the Machine Shop.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams to ensure alignment with production and inspection goals.
  • Support and lead shop floor improvement and change projects .
  • Oversee product transitions in coordination with East Military Aircraft Group Operations.
  • Promote a culture of quality, safety, and continuous improvement aligned with the company’s core values.

Who you are :

  • 5+ years of experience in a machine shop environment, preferably in aerospace or defense.
  • 5+ years of management or team leadership experience.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement tactical plans in a complex manufacturing setting.
  • Partnering with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver tactical plans that
