RSAIL is supported by a growing CSG franchise and is positioned to capitalize on emerging industry trends alongside increasing investor demand for asset-backed financing solutions. Examples of sectors where RSAIL has deployed GS balance sheet include : Digital infrastructure assets that are necessary to power AI GPUs, data centers and fiber internet Established infrastructure such as Liquified Natural Gas plants and toll roads Esoteric assets such as music royalties and aircraft

The team combines a heavy asset underwriting approach with providing bespoke financing solutions such as acquisition financings, warehouses and construction loans to our clients.
