LHH is a third-party staffing partner supporting a Euclid-area client that's expanding its technical hiring. We're seeking a high-energy Recruiter with experience filling IT roles, someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, builds rapport easily, and consistently delivers strong candidate pipelines.
Location: Euclid, OH (Cleveland metro)
Employment Type: Contract to Hire (Full-time)
Compensation: Up to $32/hour (experience-based)
Start: ASAP
Manage full-cycle recruiting for IT positions (Help Desk, Desktop Support, SysAdmin, QA, entry to mid-level Developers, etc.)
Proactively source technical talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Boolean search, referrals, and niche digital communities.
Conduct detailed screenings to evaluate technical fit, communication style, and culture alignment.
Coordinate interviews, prep candidates, drive feedback loops, and negotiate offers.
Maintain data accuracy in the ATS and provide pipeline insights to leadership.
Partner with hiring managers to clarify requirements and increase hiring velocity.
Deliver a consistently inclusive, positive candidate experience.
13+ years of success recruiting for IT/technical roles (agency or corporate).
Strong sourcing fundamentals: Boolean logic, LinkedIn Recruiter, industry-specific platforms.
Ability to translate technical job requirements into actionable sourcing strategies.
Organized, metrics-driven, and capable of managing multiple reqs at once.
Local knowledge of the Cleveland/East Side tech market is a plus.
Pay up to $32/hr based on experience.
Contract-to-Hire: Demonstrate impact and grow into a long-term position.
High visibility with hiring managers and real influence over process improvements.
Weekly pay during the contract period.
