Family Law Attorney

Location : Glendale, CA (In-Person)

Experience : 3-5 Years

Salary : $135,000 - $150,000 (Bonuses available after meeting billable hour requirements)

Billable Hours : 1,600 per year

A well-established family law firm in Glendale, CA, is seeking an experienced Family Law Attorney to join our team. This is a great opportunity for a motivated attorney who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about advocating for clients in family law matters.

Key Responsibilities :

Handle a variety of family law cases, including divorce, child custody, support, and domestic violence matters.
Manage cases from inception to resolution, including drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, negotiating settlements, and representing clients in court.
Provide strategic legal counsel to clients, ensuring effective communication throughout the case.
Attend court hearings, mediations, and depositions.
Collaborate with paralegals and support staff to maintain case progress and efficiency.

Qualifications :

3-5 years of experience in family law, with proven courtroom and litigation experience.

Licensed to practice law in California and in good standing with the State Bar.

Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.

Ability to work independently while also contributing to a collaborative team environment.

Excellent negotiation and advocacy skills.

Compensation & Benefits :

Base Salary : $135,000 - $150,000 to start.

Bonus Structure : Available after meeting 1,600 billable hours per year .
