Assistant Manager
This position oversees all aspects of running a retail / food location. Responsibilities include hiring, training, scheduling of 20-60 coworkers, food safety, ordering, inventory control, P&Ls, cleaning, and stocking. Requirements include great people skills, ability to resolve coworker and customer concerns, enjoyment of a fast paced work environment, ability to problem solve challenges and shift priorities quickly, desire to help and mentor others, and maintaining a clean and inviting store. Prior management / leadership experience is preferred. Assistant Managers are typically scheduled 45 hours during a 5 day work-week and receive time and half for any additional hours worked over 40 in a week.
