Join our team as a warehouse associate! We're seeking motivated individuals for a hands-on, first-shift role in Delano, MN. Location : Delano, MN Hours : 1st shift : 6 : 00 am 2 : 30 pm, Monday Friday Wage : $19 - $22 / hr., DOE Benefits of the warehouse associate : Medical, dental, and vision coverage Flexible spending account (FSA) Life insurance Disability insurance Accident insurance Critical illness coverage Duties of the warehouse associate : Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move, load, and unload materials Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment Maintain inventory accuracy through organization and cycle counts Process incoming and outgoing shipments efficiently Utilize the ERP system for order tracking and inventory updates (training provided) Support general warehouse upkeep and safety practices Requirements of the warehouse associate : Previous warehouse and forklift experience required Strong attention to detail and reliability Excellent attendance and accountability Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
