  • You consistently follow safety procedures to protect yourself and your team.
  • You assemble components exactly to customer specifications and customized drawings, using job-specific hand tools.
  • You package products correctly—into pouches, bags, trays, buckets, and boxes—ready for shipment.
  • You verify both visual and functional aspects of the build, and you can perform in-line inspections to support the line.
  • When required, you operate equipment in accordance with procedures.
  • You keep a clean, organized workstation aligned with site-specific requirements.
  • You willingly take on other assigned tasks to help the team meet its goals.
