Travel Occupational Therapist, Adult Rehab - $2,552 per week

LanceSoft is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for a travel job in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Job Description & Requirements Specialty : Occupational Therapist Discipline : Therapy Start Date : 11 / 24 / 2025 Duration : 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift : 8 hours, days Employment Type : Travel Adult Rehab Services- Occupational Therapist Required Education : -Bachelor’s degree in occupational therapy. Preferred Education : -N / A Required Certifications & Licensure : -Current license from the Oklahoma State Board of Medical Licensure and Supervision as an Occupational Therapist. -Current Basic Life Support issued by the American Heart Association required upon hire. Schedule Notes : Inpatient setting Duties : General Description : -Under general supervision, performs professional Occupational Therapy activities consisting of planning, evaluating, establishing and implementing individual and group treatment activities under the direction of a physician. Essential Responsibilities : -Responsibilities listed in this section are core to the position. -Inability to perform these responsibilities with or without an accommodation may result in disqualification from the position. -Interpret a physician’s referral and select an appropriate standardized evaluation procedure. -Evaluate patient in the following areas : independent living skills, occupational performance, prevocational work adjustment, educational skills, play-leisure abilities, social skills and various psychosocial skills. -Interpret the data and develop a treatment plan involving short and long term goals, frequency and duration of treatment. -Assist patient in carrying out these procedures through the design and fabrication of adaptive equipment and orthotic devices, joint protection and body mechanics. -Inform patient and family goals and progress. -Assist with discharge planning by ordering equipment and instructing patient on home therapy plan. -May supervise students.
