Key Responsibilities
Handle customer service inquiries via telephone, email, and case management ticketing system
Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues
Troubleshoot the AMS system for clients as needed and advocate for customer improvements
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience
1-3+ years of relevant experience in SaaS solution support
Ability to analyze and explain complicated data to clients
Understanding of technology such as MS SQL, HTML, JavaScript, and CSS
