Order Entry Specialist

Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Order Entry Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering customer orders into our system, ensuring timely processing, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have strong data entry skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to accuracy and efficiency.

• Accurately enter customer orders into the order management system.
• Review orders for completeness, pricing accuracy, and product availability.
• Communicate detailed information to sales representatives and internal departments to resolve order discrepancies or issues.
• Retain product knowledge to ensure finished product meets customer needs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to order processing.
• Handle special accounts, which may require special procedures
• Other duties as assigned.
