We're looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Patient Registrar to join our team! If you have strong administrative skills, experience in healthcare settings, and are fluent in Spanish, this is a great opportunity to grow your career.
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (EST)
Location: New York, NY 10065
Pay: $22–$25/hour
13 weeks of assignment with the possibility of you getting extensions
Key Responsibilities:
• Patient registration, scheduling, and insurance verification
• Managing appointments and maintaining accurate records
• Coordinating with internal departments and referring offices
• Handling billing codes, authorizations, and documentation
• Assisting patients with financial responsibilities and payment options
Requirements:
• Fluent in Spanish (Required)
High School Diploma + 1 year clerical experience
• Strong communication, data entry, and customer service skills
• Knowledge of insurance verification and medical coding (preferred)
