Senior Claims Specialist

A company is looking for a Senior Claims Specialist - Employment Practice and Educator's Legal Liability.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct detailed analysis to investigate claims exposure and recommend settlement strategies

Create reservation of rights and coverage denial letters, and negotiate settlements

Document and communicate claim activity efficiently, and coach or mentor lower-level adjusters

Required Qualifications

High school diploma

7 or more years of related claims experience at a senior adjuster level

Active adjusters' licenses in all states where claims are handled

Knowledge of industry standards and practices

Computer experience with claims and business software
