Director, SSG Finance Consolidation
The SSG Finance Consolidation Lead will oversee financial consolidation activities across multiple business segments and routes within the Solutions and Services Business. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely reporting, driving process improvements, and leading a team focused on business review meetings, financial modeling, and cross-segment consolidation.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and coordinate financial consolidation across various business segments and routes, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timeliness.
- Supervise and develop a team of finance professionals responsible for reporting, financial planning and analysis, and consolidation tasks.
- Oversee the development and review of financial models to support strategic decision-making and performance tracking.
- Identify and implement improvements in consolidation workflows and reporting processes to enhance efficiency and data integrity.
- Partner with segment finance leads, business unit controllers, and corporate finance to align on reporting standards and consolidation requirements.
- Ensure adherence to internal controls, accounting policies, and compliance standards across all consolidation activities.
- Deliver consolidated financial reports and insights to senior leadership, highlighting key trends, risks, and opportunities.
Basic Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or MBA preferred10+ years of experience in financial consolidation, reporting, or FP&APreferred Qualifications :
