Parkhill is one of the largest architectural and engineering firms in the Southwest. We have 14 offices located throughout Texas, New Mexico, and Oklahoma.

Responsibilities

Provide design leadership for multiple projects through their duration including conceptual design, schematic design, design development, construction documentation, and construction administration.

• Work closely with teams across the firm to promote, model, and execute an interdisciplinary, holistic design approach that enhances the culture of design excellence and building performance.
• Facilitate collaboration with internal and external teams, professional consultants, and other strategic partners.
• Participate in design iterations with team members in generating and directing 3D modeling, utilizing various software such as Revit, Sketchup, Rhino, Enscape, and Lumion in conjunction with Adobe Creative Suite.
• Provide strategically minded design support for the firm and communicates key firm initiatives and strategies.
• Guide and mentors' designers.
• Provide vision for proposals and strategy for interviews to secure project opportunities.
• Help to nurture and sustain client relations.
