Key Responsibilities
Deliver reporting packages for pipeline, bookings, sales performance, and headcount
Provide operational support for quota management, opportunity hygiene, and pipeline metrics
Identify and improve key sales workflows and collaborate with various teams to enhance CRM data quality
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a technical field or finance
5-7+ years of experience in Sales Operations or related fields supporting large sales organizations
Hands-on experience with Salesforce and planning tools like Pigment or Anaplan
Strong command of Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling techniques
Proven ability to drive process improvements and scalable operational solutions
