Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) located in North Manchester, IN. As an LPN, you will provide high-quality nursing care to residents, monitor their health, administer medications, and assist with daily living activities. Duties also include coordinating with other healthcare professionals, supporting residents' emotional well-being, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and facility policies. Compassion, professionalism, and attention to detail are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Possess a valid LPN license in the state of Indiana.
• Basic nursing skills, including medication administration, wound care, and patient monitoring.
• Strong observational skills and the ability to assess residents' health changes.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for teamwork and resident interactions.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and best practices in elder care or senior living.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
• Compassionate approach and a commitment to providing exceptional resident care.
• Previous experience in elder care, dementia care, or related fields is a plus.
• CPR or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred.
