Your Role
We are looking for a Global Finance Manager to provide financial leadership and support across Trade, Government Affairs, and Tax functions in a cross-functional capacity based in Boston. In this role, you will oversee financial planning, forecasting, modeling, and performance reporting for these strategic areas.
You will collaborate with senior leaders to assess the financial implications of regulatory and policy developments, guide resource allocation, and ensure financial alignment with organizational priorities. This is a unique opportunity to leverage core finance expertise in a role that bridges global trade, public policy, and tax strategy.
What You’ll Do
- Drive financial planning and analysis for Trade, Government Affairs, and Tax functions, supporting both day-to-day operations and long-term strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to identify opportunities that enhance financial performance, improve cost efficiency, and mitigate risks associated with regulatory and policy activities.
- Build and maintain financial models to evaluate the potential impact of legislative, regulatory, and trade developments.
- Work with global and regional teams to ensure financial resources are aligned with organizational priorities.
- Monitor and report on the financial performance of cross-functional initiatives, providing actionable insights and recommendations to leadership.
- Oversee budgeting for Trade and Government Affairs functions, ensuring financial discipline, accuracy, and transparency.
- Support the development of high-impact materials such as investment cases, executive dashboards, and performance reports for decision-making.
- Maintain detailed tracking and reporting of financial commitments related to government grants, incentives, and tax programs.
- Contribute to strategic projects by providing financial guidance and analytical support to drive cross-functional success.
Experience & Skills
BS degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related analytical field.Advanced degrees (MBA, master’s in public policy or taxation) are a plus.6+ years of experience in finance, FP& A, or operational roles supporting trade, government affairs, tax, or related functions within a multinational or advisory environment.Advisory or consulting experience developing or selling financial models preferred.Proven expertise in budgeting, forecasting, modeling, and performance reporting.Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.Strong project management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams and functions.Spanish language skills are a plus.Why You’ll Love Working Here
