The Boeing Company is looking for an Experienced Estimating And Pricing Specialist to join our Bulk Forecasting team in Hazlewood, MO. You will be directly involved with bulk forecast proposal development including analysis of statement of work requirements, selection of appropriate estimating methodologies, rationale, substantiation of estimates, ensuring estimating system compliance. The ideal candidate will possess strong critical thinking, problem solving, negotiation, cross functional communication and interpersonal skills. They will also be able to work independently or as part of a team and adapt quickly to changing daily needs.

Position Responsibilities

• Develop forecast for labor material and travel bulk proposals
• Analyze cost drivers, identify risks and opportunities, and recommend mitigation actions
• Collaborate with teammates, cross functional leadership, and other stakeholders
• Develop monthly performance metrics
• Support negotiations and defend proposals with data-driven rationale
• Maintain estimating tools, templates, and historical cost databases and ensure compliance with company and customer requirements
• Support audit and customer engagements
