Job descriptionJob Summary : Key Responsibilities : Clean and tidy guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas by sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming. Change linens, make beds, and replenish room supplies such as towels and toiletries. Maintain the cleanliness of corridors and public areas. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the maintenance team. Ensure laundry duties are handled efficiently, including washing, drying, folding, and storing linen. Adhere to the company's safety and sanitation policies. Assist with requests from guests to ensure a comfortable stay. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report shortages. Qualifications : Previous housekeeping experience is preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays. Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties and lift heavy objects if necessary.
