Key Responsibilities
Manage requests from client hospitals and physicians to ensure excellence in patient care
Communicate effectively with hospital staff and physicians to facilitate timely patient care
Provide Tier 1 technical support and coordinate necessary paperwork and video conferencing setups
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification required
At least one year of experience in a call center, healthcare, or IT environment
Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office programs and collaboration tools
Ability to learn new software and systems quickly
Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced remote work environment
