- Shift : 2 : 00 pm – 10 : 30 pm (Second Shift)
- Location : East Hanover, NJ
What You’ll Do
Execute visual and mechanical inspections in alignment with control plans, drawings, spec sheets, and standard proceduresPrioritize and expedite inspection activities to support production flow without sacrificing qualityCollaborate with die setters, engineers, and managers; communicate specs and data clearly in both written and verbal formatsQuarantine nonconforming product, process ERP transactions, and maintain complete inspection records and formsAssemble data packages that enable timely customer shipmentsSupport efficiency initiatives by creating and updating visual standards and inspection instructions with senior QC Inspectors and engineeringQualifications
High School diploma or equivalent1–3 years of quality inspection in close-tolerance manufacturingWorking knowledge of GD&T to interpret part requirementsProficiency with metrology tools : hand gauges, microscopes, and comparatorsOrganized, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining a clean workspacePC proficiency and the ability to learn new systems quicklyComfort using Microsoft and Adobe applications to author quality documentsCompensation
Pay Range : $22–$25 / hr
