Assembly Operator

Job description :

Assemble components according to specifications following our standard operation procedure
Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments to perform precise assembly work
Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, or assembly instructions
Inspect finished parts and for accuracy, quality, and completeness
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Report equipment malfunctions or material shortages to supervision
Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Assist with continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives

Looking for :

Experience : Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred (mechanical or industrial setting a plus).

Technical Skills : Comfortable using common hand tools, torque wrenches, and measurement equipment (calipers, micrometers).

Attention to Detail : Able to follow detailed work instructions and ensure accuracy in assembly.

Mechanical Aptitude : Basic understanding of how mechanical systems fit and function.

Team Player : Works well with others and communicates effectively with coworkers and supervisors.

Reliability : Consistent attendance and strong work ethic.
