High-impact leadership role to build and scale a best-in-class Accounts Payable (AP) department. This is a rare chance to create an amazing team, design scalable processes, and drive operational excellence from the ground up.
Responsibilities :
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing AP team
- Design and implement AP policies, procedures, and workflows
- Lead advanced ERP / AP automation implementations (Coupa, SAP Concur, NetSuite, Oracle, Workday)
- Optimize invoice processing, T&E, payments, 1099s, and vendor management
- Establish KPIs, dashboards, and continuous improvement programs
- Ensure SOX / GAAP compliance and support audits
Requirements :
Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or related field (required)7+ years AP leadership in shared servicesProven experience building and developing an AP functionAdvanced implementation of AP systems and process reengineeringStrong Excel, BI tools, and policy development expertiseCPA / CPM or Lean / Six Sigma a plusWhy Join?
