Summary
The Director, Enablement and Fair Market Value will be responsible for driving modernization & automation initiatives within the Controls & Transparency team while overseeing the Fair Market Value (FMV) program for professional services. The role leads a team focused on enabling ERC through streamlined processes and systems while mitigating risk. This position reports to the Head, Controls & Transparency. The Director, Enablement & FMV will act as a subject matter expert for the U.S., managing tools such as the FMV calculator, cross-border index, HCP rate card, & associated caps & controls. Additionally, the role ensures policies & guidance remain current and validated by trusted third-party sources. This role is required to be in our East Hanover, NJ office 3x / week. The salary for this position is expected to range between $176,400 and $327,600 per year. The final salary offered is determined based on factors like, but not limited to, relevant skills and experience, and upon joining Novartis will be reviewed periodically. Novartis may change the published salary range based on company and market factors. Your compensation will include a performance-based cash incentive and, depending on the level of the role, eligibility to be considered for annual equity awards.
