Community Groundskeeper

Gaines Investment Trust is seeking a full-time Groundskeeper to join our team at one of our Plano, Texas communities. This role is essential to maintaining the beauty and cleanliness of our property, ensuring it remains inviting for residents and guests.

What You'll Do :

• Conduct daily property walks to ensure cleanliness and curb appeal
• Pick up and dispose of trash from common areas and office spaces
• Operate various cleaning and maintenance equipment, including pressure washers
• Report any property damage or maintenance issues promptly
• Store maintenance materials properly and maintain supply areas
• Provide courteous service to residents and guests
• Support nearby sister properties as needed
• Lift and carry up to 50 pounds and work comfortably on ladders or stairs
• Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality
