As a Registered Nurse, you will play a critical role in continuing the healing mission of Deaconess.

Job Overview :

A Radiology Registered Nurse (RN) plays a crucial role in the healthcare team by providing specialized care to patients undergoing diagnostic imaging procedures. This role involves preparing patients for radiological exams, ensuring their comfort and safety throughout the process, and monitoring vital signs. Radiology RNs are responsible for assessing patients' medical histories, administering contrast agents or medications as needed, and collaborating closely with radiologists and other medical professionals to ensure accurate imaging results. They must also handle patient concerns, educate them about procedures, and maintain meticulous documentation of patient care and imaging outcomes. Excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of radiological procedures, and the ability to respond quickly to any complications are essential for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities :

CT Cardiac Exams

MRI pacemaker patients

IR Procedures

Will cover the stress lab during stress tests

Assist with prep and recovery of the interventional patients.

Required : Certifications / Licenses :

Education :

Graduate of an Accredited School of Professional Nursing

Experience :

At least one-year previous experience in clinical unit preferred.

Compensation :

Hourly Range - $31.25-$46.88

Incentives :

Eligible for evening / night, weekend shift incentive based on company policies and applicable job codes. Additional details will be provided during the interview process.

Bonus :
