Experience : 2+ years recent Stepdown / Cardiac Telemetry experienceRequired : Post–Cardiac Surgery and Vascular Surgery experienceCertifications :AHA BLS
AHA ACLSCharting : EPIC (1 year minimum experience required)License : Active SC RN or Compact Multi-State licenseTravel Experience : Not requiredOrientation : 24 hoursGuaranteed Hours : Facility may cancel 1 shift per 2 weeksRTO : Must be provided at submissionUnit Overview
Unit : Hartwell – Cardiac StepdownBeds : 20Daily Census : ~18Ratios : 1 : 4 (Days / Nights / Weekends)Float Requirement : Yes – to Cardiac Telemetry or similar unitsWeekend Requirement : Every other weekendPatient Population :Post-op cardiac & vascular surgery patients, typically 17–24 hours post-op
