Healthcare Outcomes Performance Company is a vertically integrated musculoskeletal outcomes management company. HOPCo manages physician practices, hospital service lines, population health and value-based care programs, and musculoskeletal delivery networks.
HOPCo is the managing partner of Arizona-based entities, CORE Institute, Northern Arizona Orthopaedics, CORE Institute Specialty Hospital, Michigan-based CORE Institute, and Florida-based Southeast Orthopedic Specialists Clinics and Musculoskeletal Specialty Hospital.
As HOPCo continues to grow, we are looking for an Analytics Manager to be part of our Health System Integration Department. This position is based in Jacksonville, Florida.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Provides analytical expertise of financial, clinical, and market data through analysis and interpretation of data gathered for decision support. Gathers and challenges assumptions from various multi-disciplinary teams, develops financial proformas, strategic plans and assists in preparation and presentation of plans.
- Leads analysis teams of clinical program performance for all of HOPCo’s health system integration partnerships.
- Provides assistance in identifying problems and implements operational improvements by viewing trends and variances.
- Coordinates meetings, project plans and deadlines, and overall work product of the team through calendaring, scheduling, and presentation preparation.
- Prepares accurate and timely management reports by accessing information from a variety of sources and utilizing consistent reporting formats and assists in the development of meaningful performance measures.
- Performs all functions according to established policies, procedures, and regulatory, as well as applicable professional standards.
- All other responsibilities as assigned by manager.
EDUCATION
Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree in Healthcare, Business or related field, highly preferred.EXPERIENCE
Requires a year experience in healthcare consulting, orthopedic service line management, or physician practice management; healthcare background / experience required.REQUIREMENTS
