Job descriptionGraduate from an ACGME accredited residency program. Must be Board Eligible / Board Certified. 2-3 years of experience is preferred; however, new graduates are welcome to apply! Active Washington State license or ability to obtain a Washington State license by start. Guaranteed first year salary : $265,175 Employment bonus, relocation reimbursement & CME allowance. Malpractice insurance, including tail insurance, is fully covered! Skagit Regional Health is an integrated health system with a growing staff of nearly 3,000, including a medical staff of over 600, and is comprised of 2 acute care hospitals and 30 outpatient clinics in over 25 medical specialties. Cascade Valley Hospital is a licensed 48-bed facility with a Level IV Trauma Center. The hospital features a full range of services including acute care, critical care, and a variety of surgical services. The facility also offers a number of support services such as an in-house laboratory, rehabilitation program, and comprehensive diagnostic imaging. Arlington is located in the third largest county in the state and is one of the fastest growing areas of Washington. Arlington is vibrant city that has a strong sense of community pride. Highlights :
- Thrive in a team-oriented environment with an experienced provider, MAs, and other clinic staff.
- Great work / life balance with a weekday, outpatient only schedule with a 1 : 14 shared phone call rotation, with RN triage. Our acute care hospitals are staffed with Hospitalists to handle any inpatient coverage.
- See a mix of well child and acute care visits in clinic. Opportunity to perform circumcisions, if desired.
- This is a full time position with a 36-hour patient contact time work expectation.
- This is a hospital-employed position with access to a large, existing in house specialty care referral base.
- Integrated EPIC EMR platform utilized system-wide throughout the organization with newly implemented ambient AI technology (Abridge) available!
