Optometrist

Carl E. Flinn, MD, PC,  Pediatric Ophthalmology & Adult Strabismus  is seeking a personable and skilled Optometrist to join our single physician, east Memphis private practice. This is a unique opportunity to practice in a supportive, patient-centered environment where you’ll have the chance to build relationships with families, collaborate with our pediatric ophthalmologist, and contribute to the growth of our thriving in-office children’s eyewear retail store, Peepers Optical Shoppe.

What You’ll Do :

• Perform pediatric and family eye exams
• Prescribe glasses and manage vision conditions
• Collaborate with our ophthalmologist and optical team
• Educate families on eye health and care

What We’re Looking For :

Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited program

Active state optometry license (or eligibility for licensure)

Interest in pediatrics (experience a plus, but not required)

Compassionate, patient-focused, and team-oriented
