1) Reach out to couples by

• phone
• internet
• in the community
• county facilities
• Los Angeles Superior court

2) Introduce non-profit offerings, also making access available to,

• Pre-marital screening
• Marital screening
• Competency Screening
• Mediation
• Pastoral counseling
• Wedding officiation
• Other Chruch services

3) Make appointments

4) Usher as needed
